Online Training Sessions

We will be offering online training sessions to colleges that are planning to use Navigate in 2021. The sessions are live and you will be able to ask questions in the session.
1) Managing Work and Industry Placements using Navigate
This session will be of particular interest to work placement teams. By attending this session you will learn how to:
Use the ‘Placements’ module in the Navigate staff site
Create, edit and manage work placements
Navigate sends automated emails to employers
Manage your placement tasks
Monitor that students are recording their placement activity
Support students to submit placements for approval
Use the Navigate compliance process work
Use the ‘Employers’ module in the Navigate staff site
Add, edit and manage employer data
Understand the cohort work placement report
2) Managing Enrichment and Employer-Engagement Activities using Navigate
This session will be of particular interest to staff in the following teams: Progress coaches, tutorial, student services, enrichment and careers. By attending this session you will learn how to:
Use the ‘Students’ module in the Navigate staff site
Monitor the activities that learners have created
Add activities against groups of students
Monitor that students have completed assessments
Add assessments against groups of students
Understand the cohort activity report
